Shipping policy
ENN Beauty strives to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and in the best condition possible.
Shipping Charges
- We offer Free Shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- A shipping fee of ₹79 will be charged on orders below ₹499.
- A Cash on Delivery (COD) fee of ₹50 will be applicable on all COD orders.
Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
- All orders are usually processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours.
- Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your delivery location.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen logistics delays.
Delivery Locations
- Currently, ENN Beauty delivers across India only.
- While orders can be placed from anywhere in the world, the delivery address must be within India.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email to track your shipment in real time.
Undelivered / Lost Orders
If an order is:
- Cancelled
- Lost in transit, or
- Undelivered to your location,
The complete order amount, including shipping charges (if applicable), will be refunded to the original payment method.
Partial Cancellation
If you cancel only a part of your order, shipping charges (if applicable) will not be refunded.
Returns & Shipping Refunds
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable in case of returns.
- If you self-ship a return approved by ENN Beauty, the return shipping cost may be reimbursed as per our Return Policy.
Serviceable Pin Codes
Some pin codes may occasionally become unserviceable due to courier partner limitations. If your pin code is not serviceable, you may use an alternate delivery address.
