This Agreement is an electronic record as required under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the amended provisions relating to-electronic records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. As this Agreement is generated by a computer system, the same does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules,2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and user agreement for access or usage of www.ennscloset.com website.

This Agreement is between you (User) and NVIKK Beauty Pvt. Ltd., a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1956 with its registered office at customercare@ennscloset.com (Enn’s Closet) and shall govern the User's use of all services offered by Enn’s Closet through its website www.ennscloset.com (Website). Enn’s Closet provides its services to you subject to the notices, terms, and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions (Terms). When you access the Website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

In addition, when the User use’s any service on the Website,the User will be subject to the rules, guidelines, policies, terms, and-conditions applicable to such service, and they shall be deemed to be incorporated into these Terms by reference. Directly or indirectly - harasses another user, involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters" or unsolicited mass mailing or "spamming", promotes or encourages illegal conduct and activities, promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of copyrighted work, provides information about illegal activities of any nature whatsoever, interferes with another user's use and enjoyment of the Website
Is false, inaccurate or misleading in any manner whatsoever, harm minors in any way, provides material that exploits people in a sexual, violent or otherwise inappropriate manner or solicits personal information from anyone
Impersonates another person, deceives or misleads the addressee / users / Enn’s Closet about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature.
Engages in commercial activities and/or sales without Enn’s Closet's prior written consent such as contests, sweepstakes, barter, advertising and pyramid schemes, or the buying or selling of "virtual" items. Throughout these terms, Enn’s Closet's “prior written consent" means a communication coming from Enn’s Closet's legal department, specifically in response to the User’s request, and specifically addressing the activity or conduct for which the User has sought authorization
Solicits gambling or engages in any gambling activity which Enn’s Closet, in its sole discretion, believes is or could be construed as being illegal
Contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page) or viruses, time bombs, trojan horses, cancel bots, worms or other harmful or deleterious components or devices
Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource
Contains any computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, diminish value of, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information
Refers to any website or URL that, in the sole discretion of Enn’s Closet, contains material that is inappropriate for the Website, contains content that would be prohibited on the Website, or violates the letter or spirit of these Terms.
Tries to gain unauthorized access or exceeds the scope of authorized access to Website or to profiles, blogs, communities, account information, bulletins, friend request, or other areas of the Website or solicits passwords or personal identifying information for commercial or unlawful purposes from other users
Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation
That the illegal and / or unauthorized uses of the Website, including without limitation, collecting usernames and/or email addresses and/or other information of registered members by electronic or other means for any purpose including sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Website, is strictly prohibited.
Not to engage in any unauthorized interception of the data stream to or from the Website.

Enn’s Closet shall offer the User store credit for the difference in the amounts within 10-15 business days of intimation.

Applicable Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted and construed in accordance with the laws of India. And all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court at Delhi to the exclusion of all other courts.

Product Warranties
Enn’s Closet does not manufacture any products. Warranties do not extend to products imported into India. Warranties (if any) for Indian products are only those as maybe extended by the manufacturer of the product from time to time.

Trademark, Copyright and Restriction
Except as otherwise explicitly stated, the Website is controlled and operated by Enn’s Closet. All material on the Website, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by Enn’s Closet or by other parties that have licensed their material to Enn’s Closet.
